woohoo it's vaporeon! :D
I've desided to draw picks of all the eevve evolutions because I love them all so much, so I started with vaporeon because irronically,
one of my groups #poke-fanclub [link] chose vaporeon for the next draw me a pokemon contest so this is my entry.
And if I do win I would like to call out ARCANINE!

I tried to make him look kind of shiny, it turned out differently then my origional Idea but I kind of like it this way too.
